Notel Platform Policies
Notel is a digital platform operated and managed by Volonova for Software and Management Consulting and Education.
These policies govern the use of the Notel platform, website, and applications.

1. Privacy Policy
Notel is committed to protecting user privacy and handling personal data responsibly and securely.
- Notel collects only the information reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the platform and its services.
- Personal data will not be sold to third parties. Information may only be shared where necessary to provide platform services, comply with legal obligations, protect platform security, or with the user’s consent.
- Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are implemented to help protect user data against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or loss.
- Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information through the official support channels, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
- Users may request deletion of their accounts and associated personal data through the official support email.
2. Content Policy
All content uploaded, shared, published, or distributed through Notel must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The following content is prohibited:
- Illegal or unlawful content
- Content infringing intellectual property or copyright rights
- Pirated, stolen, or unauthorized materials
- Content containing harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading material
- Content violating public order, ethical standards, or applicable regulations
Content providers and users remain fully responsible for the legality, ownership, and rights related to the content they upload or distribute through the platform.
Notel reserves the right to review, restrict, suspend, or remove content that may violate these policies or applicable laws.
3. Misuse Policy
Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that may harm the platform, its systems, or other users.
Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to bypass platform security measures or technical protections
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, damage, or interfere with platform operations
- Using unauthorized tools or methods to copy, record, extract, distribute, or capture protected content
- Using the platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct affecting the platform or its users
Notel reserves the right to take appropriate action where misuse is detected, including temporary suspension, restriction, or termination of accounts where necessary.
4. Refund Policy
Notel aims to provide a fair and transparent refund process for users.
Users may request a refund within 24 hours from the initial subscription purchase by contacting Notel through the official support email:
Refund requests will generally be approved where:
- The subscription was purchased accidentally; and
- The user has not substantially accessed or used the platform services
Refund requests may also be approved in cases involving:
- Verified technical issues preventing access to the platform services
- Duplicate charges
- Unauthorized transactions or payments
All approved refunds are processed by Volonova through the original payment method used for the transaction.
Approved refunds may require approximately 7–14 business days to appear depending on the payment provider, banking institution, card issuer, or payment platform.
Refund requests may not be approved in the following situations:
- Significant or extensive use of the platform services after subscription activation
- Requests submitted after the approved refund period
- Dissatisfaction related to third-party content uploaded or managed by independent content providers
- Issues caused by internet connectivity, user devices, operating systems, or third-party services and platforms
- Subscription renewal charges where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date
For subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms or in-app payment systems, additional terms and procedures of the applicable payment provider may apply.
5. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the applicable payment provider or platform used for the original subscription purchase, including platforms such as the Apple App Store or other payment providers.
- Cancellation stops automatic renewal for future billing periods only
- Users will continue to have access to subscribed services and platform features until the end of the active paid subscription period
- Refund eligibility following cancellation shall remain subject to the applicable Refund Policy and applicable laws
- Partial refunds or prorated reimbursements for unused portions of subscription periods are generally not provided unless required by law or approved under the Refund Policy
- Deleting the application or deleting a user account does not automatically cancel an active subscription
- Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions through the original payment provider or platform
- Subscription fees are charged for access to the platform infrastructure, protected digital environment, and platform features, and are not allocated to any specific content item, creator, or uploaded material
- Since content may be independently uploaded, modified, or removed by content providers, content availability may change over time

6. Account Termination Policy
Notel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts in cases involving:
- Violations of these policies or applicable Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or harmful activities
- Misuse of platform systems, services, or protected content
- Activities that may compromise platform security or other users
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, users may be notified before permanent account termination.
Refund eligibility following account termination shall remain subject to the applicable Refund Policy and applicable laws.
Notel may cooperate with competent legal or regulatory authorities where required by applicable laws or regulations.
7. Legal Disclaimer
- Notel is a technology platform designed for managing, protecting, and accessing digital content
- Notel does not directly provide educational certifications, academic qualifications, or guarantees regarding educational outcomes unless explicitly stated
- Content available through the platform may be independently uploaded or managed by third-party content providers
- While Notel seeks to maintain platform availability and security, uninterrupted access or error-free operation cannot always be guaranteed
- Users remain responsible for using the platform in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these policies
- Nothing in these policies limits any rights granted to users under applicable laws and regulations
