Notel Platform and Application

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Notel application or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

Notel is a technology-based digital platform that enables secure management and access to digital content, allowing content providers to share their materials with authorized users under defined permissions and controls.

Notel:

• Does not create content
• Does not own the content displayed
• Is not responsible for the content itself

3. User Accounts and Responsibility

• They assume full legal responsibility for the content they provide

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain content may require a subscription or payment
• All payments are final and non-refundable
• In-app purchases are subject to Apple's policies or the applicable payment provider
• Notel is not responsible for financial disputes between users and content providers

8. Limitation of Liability

• Notel makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or suitability of content
• Notel shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of content
• Use of the platform is at the user's own risk

9. Misuse and Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:
